4. Delivery Terms

Delivery services may be provided by N8’s Northwest Billiards & Backyards or by a third party provider.

  • Delivery fees are separate unless otherwise stated

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access and space for delivery

  • Delays may occur due to weather, scheduling, or circumstances outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by third party carriers or conditions beyond our control.

5. Installation and Third Party Services

Installation services, including pool table setup, may be performed by third party providers.

By accepting installation services, you acknowledge:

  • The installer is an independent third party

  • N8’s Northwest Billiards & Backyards is not liable for damage caused during installation

  • Any claims related to installation must be directed to the installer

6. Acceptance of Goods at Delivery

All products are considered accepted at the time of delivery unless issues are noted at that time.

  • Customers must inspect all items upon delivery

  • Any damage, defects, or concerns must be documented immediately

  • Failure to report issues at delivery may result in denial of claims

7. Returns and Claims

Returns and claims are subject to approval and may vary by product.

Custom orders and special order items are not be eligible for return.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, N8’s Northwest Billiards & Backyards is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays in delivery or service

  • Damages caused by third party providers

  • Improper use, handling, or maintenance of products

9. Dispute Resolution

Customers agree to contact N8’s Northwest Billiards & Backyards first to resolve any concerns.

We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve issues in good faith before escalation.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
